We go once a week! Staff is wonderful! Food is consistent & the restaurant is clean! It is pricey... or we would go more often!
The food i was so good
The best attention and service from the staff, incredible people. They brought us several desserts on the house! Theyve earned a new regular customer.
I cannot say enough good things! The food was great, the service was wonderful and as a family with a toddler eating out you just never know how its going to go. They were so accommodating as soon as we walked in. Gave my toddler a little toy ballon, talking and playing with him you can just tell they were happy to have kids in their restaurant. Will 100% be coming back.
The overall shop is so beautifully designed and very clean, I absolutely enjoyed my meal and was very surprise by the price, very affordable! I felt well served and the food was just delicious. Will definitely be coming back again !
Outstanding overall!!
Great food. Service is wonderful!
Yummy options, really friendly staff, all you can eat had a great variety of options- more than most offerings like that... Sushi was perfect... Even things we were not excited about were eaten... We are picky and that says allot!
Did the all u can eat and it was rlly good! Just finish what u eat but delicious and amazing service
I came with my parends and it was our first time eating here, but it was delicious. Everything was so fresh, and it came out pretty quick. I will come back again soon.
Excellent dinner menu, private booth, attentive friendly staff
The all you can eat will put you in a coma! Very good!
I liked it. The all you can eat thing was confusing and the waitress talked really fast, and it didn't make any sense. So definitely didn't get it mainly cause it didn't make sense and it was pricey. She said something like if you over order and dont eat it all you pay more. Was like that's weird. I don't like sushi but my wife did so this place really wasn't for me.
We really love thos place. It is one of only two places where we trust to ha e fresh sushi every time we come. Plus they have an all you can eat option. You are limited on how much you order per round, but it's not made until you order.you can order as many rounds as you would like. This includes appetizers, sushi, the grill, dessert... It's great food at a very good value
We did the all you can eat. I was pleasantly surprised! Delicious and good value if you have a big appetite.

Todo es bueno el ambiente,el servicio y la comida
Absolutely amazing all you can eat sushi! As good as any big city!
Been twice, both times the hostess had great energy. My servers both times were patient as we explored the menu and very quick with our orders.
All you can eat style - if one person wants all you can eat, the whole table has to order all you can eat. $30 per person. We had a big table so we ordered alittle bit of everything from the sushi menu, it was all good! Be sure to check your ticket before paying, automatic 18% gratuity added, but ours was 33%! Almost doubled! They fixed our tickets & we left happy & full!
Our new go to place for sushi and Chinese food. Service is always on point and the sushi is made and served fresh.
Food and experience was amazing! My only complaint is that it was a little pricey, but for the experience my fianc and I had, it's definitely worth the price!
Great sashimi!
First time going. Excellent place to enjoy delicious sushi.
Had some great food. Friendly staff.
They are all so friendly
The ramen menu has changed drastically, only offering 2 types of ramen much to choose from like before.
Great Vegan selection! Several vegan rolls (just make sure to tell them no eel sauce or spicy mayo). Veggie tempura, and veggie hibachi (ask for no egg in rice), edamame. The food comes out in a timely manner. You order in rounds, which was pretty cool to make sure you don't over order. The atmosphere was super nice! Dimly lit, in a nice way. The music was very classy and at a nice volume. Wonderful experience, will definitely be back when in Midland! It is pricey, but worth it if you're hungry and having a hard time finding lots of good vegan food. Note: none of the Ramen options are vegan, but they have plenty of other stuff to make up for it.
Quick service! Food came quickly and was so fresh! All around place is great. For 30$ per person, it's all you can eat sushi and hibachi and you will eat your money's worth! Definitely recommend coming to check it out! We will be coming back! :D

They have a nice and welcoming staffband their sushi is quite stellar to be honest.
Great sushi, fresh, and delicious! They were right to rebrand and remodel. I have been 3 times over the last month and there is a slight unsavory stench and permeates the establishment and i think its here to stay, it could be that they maybe make their own bone broth for the ramen; in house but the food and service is great!
Great place to try different sushi! Crab ragoons were delicious! Shrimp tempura on point and Dancing shrimp roll was my favorite, and all the other ones too
We went there for lunch and it was great!
The buffet is $20 ($30 if you go for dinner) And included a lot of options, including sushi, ramen, spring rolls and more!
The buffet works on '3 course' ordering system; your table orders at the same time, and selects everything that they would like brought out for the 'first course'. Then after they receive their food, they are then allowed to order a 'second course'.
The portions are smaller than normal to facilitate better accuracy of ordering, and hopefully so that people dont over order.
BE AWARE: They have on their menu that they can charge you for any leftovers you have, without prior notice. The server explained it was just if you essentially ordered food and didnt touch it, but it was still a little daunting, and made us really consider what we could eat.
That being said, the courses created a natural rhythm to our meal, allowing us to eat and have some time to talk before we got more food; it also meant that we ate exactly as much as we wanted.
overall, a great experience, if a little bit too pricey to make it a regular occurrence for our household.
Delicious Ramen
Definitely one of my favorite date night places... their black tonkatsu is my favorite hubby had spicy miso this time. There cocktails are fresh and delicious
Great atmosphere, and the Devil's Ramen is superb!
One of the hidden gems in Midland. The ramen here is some of my favorite and the other food they serve is great too.
Me and my husband started going to this place right before COVID hit. The owner Lilly and her husband were always very welcoming and nice. They always gave us good recommendations on what to get. To this day I still love going there! The staff is always nice and welcoming! Devil ramen is my absolute go to! Spicy edamame is amazing as well. If you get the sake ask them to add some Chambord to it. DELICIOUS! I finish off with a taro boba tea! Amazing ramen place!
favorite spot around for some ramen. staff is always up to par
The restaurant is always clean, the staff is friendly, and the food rocks! I take all my friends here on lunch, and they always leave happy and full.
I traveled 4 hours for this and was not disappointed. I wish I could pack this place up and move it to Stephenville
Wonderful food clean great staff!
Very delicious food. It's a great place for some Ramen
Dinner was great! Had the fried gyoza and the spicy chicken ramen and it was delicious. Our waitress, Aileen, was great too. It was a bit pricey but worth it. The kids loved the boba tea and the Japanese Sprite drinks.
My family and I had a great time, and the food was so delicious and the service was great all in all great experience.
This is a very laid back environment, perfect for a date night. The ramen was hearty and delicious. The sake was a great quality.
Good food and peoples!!
Staff is always friendly and welcoming! I love coming here! Food is always hot and delicious
The ramen is excellent very flavorful broth

Muy buen lugar, muy limpio y acogedor, la comida estuvo muy rica y un buen servicio
What an interesting spot in Midland Texas. A local on my flight recommended this restaurant because it was uniquely different. For sure the interior design feels like a 1990 bar and restaurant which was actually cool. We loved our sever who was very helpful with recommendations. We had the pork dumplings and cream cheese pineapple wontons. Wow. Those were both delicious appetizers! We also tried their General Tsaos chicken which was very good! It was the perfect Asian comfort food.
Been going to this place quite often over the last year and its always good food.
Great food and great service. Reasonably priced. Will be back.
Great service . Taro boba was delicious, bao was great, and the ramen is the best in west TX! Highly recommend.
It was decent. Decent price.
Been going to this place quite often over the last year and its always good food. Although lately we have not visited very often because the room temperature is too warm.
Nice atmosphere. Not too crowded. Friendly staff. The food seemed a little overpriced considering most of the entree was rice or noodles. You do have the option of paying more for more beef, shrimp, etc. Overall it was good. I would eat here again.
Food and service were good, exceptional for Midland. I recommend.
This place was okay. A typical ramen and grill restaurant. There are others with the same type of cuisine that I would prefer to eat at in this area. The food was pretty good. It's just that this was not my favorite.
I don't know why this place isn't more popular. Authentic Japanese ramen. Get the spicy black Tonkatsu Ramen. You're welcome.
I wasn't too impressed tbh. Yes it was good, but nothing really wowed me.
The miso ramen didn't really have a ton of flavor. The noodles were good though. The karage chicken was a little dry.
I would come back to try some of the other options as they looked pretty good.
Food is great!! Servers are very nice! Never had a bad experience here! Always leave here full and happy!
This place is outstanding! The food was scrumptious, the service was fantastic, and the environment was phenomenal. Everyone should check out this Ramen grill. If youre traveling through, this is the place to grab lunch! I highly recommend the barbecue pork buns.
Delicious ramen, friendly and helpful staff, great service and fun and relaxing atmosphere! What's not to love. Will definitely be going back.
Very good and fair priced! Big portions of ramen
Food was really good. Reminded my of my old spot out in downtown L.A.
My kids loves this place! They loves the steamed bao and noodles!
Friendly and fast service, environment is esthetically pleasing, food was top notch. 5 stars all the way, great place for businesses, out of town guests, or family.
Never tried Japanese food before 1st time ,I enjoyed it , very different presentation of noodles , my 9 & 6 yo weren't big fans , older one ate the grilled chicken and oranges mainly, the younger brother ate alil of his noodles and his oranges ...they have nuggets and fries for kids for another option... the broth was tasty....oh yeah they gave the boys a Japanese soda melon flavored really cool bottle , boys said they liked the drink ... atmosphere slow for a Tuesday around 7 .
So much praise for everything about eating here!
Everything here was really tasty. Broth tastes very light and fresh, love that the noodles are nice and chewy can't wait to try more of the menu!
Great tasty Ramen bowls
Great fresh food, always terrific service.
Had a wonderful lunch with friends .The food was awesome and so was the service .Differently a keeper...
Great amazing place for someone looking for a place in midland for ramen
Good food, nice atmosphere. I am getting incredibly tired of digital menus.
Food was great , need to work on service
While on my lunch break today, I was met at the door by a kind young man by the name of Yang! He had the biggest smile and offered me a to go menu when he knew I wanted to place my order to go.
Yang is here due to Summer break helping his mom! Super Sweet and gave me the 5 Star Treatment! Thank you Yang! Youre a Rockstar!
The food was delicious and the service was great! We had the Seafood Ramen and the Black Miso Ramen, and they were both amazing! We also enjoyed milk Boba teas. I highly recommend.
We came across this place while traveling on a Sunday and almost every restaurant was closed. Staff is very friendly and the food is good. We ordered combination yaki udon, which was very good. We also ordered spicy tonkotsu, it was good except that the soup base tasted like miso rather than tonkotsu. Nice quiet atmosphere
Food was ok nothing to write mama about. Prices not the same as on menu. Don't know if they were old menu's or If they where new prices. But I think they should have mentioned it earlier.
Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Food was very nice
This is a great semi new addition to Midland. I eat here frequently and have a hard time trying other items on the menu because what Ive had has been so good I want it every time. The staff is also amazing. Give it a try!
I liked this place alot they have good food, good service, and didn't rush us. Great atmosphere and definitely plan on going back.
Been here multiple times and they never disappoint. Pan fried pork gyoza and pineapple cheese wontons were amazing. I ordered the devil Ramen which was amazing, but extra spicy today! My friend got the grilled chicken Ramen and liked it too. Great wait staff as well
I been in midland for 10 months now, Ive tried so many places and where just bad,but tonight I tried this one! Let me tell you! From customer service to the food 10/10 my new fav place

Muy buen lugar, muy limpio y acogedor, la comida estuvo muy rica y un buen servicio
Always great service, and food is so good!!!
This place is a good pick. The pan fried dumplings were very good. And the pepper steak 500 degree dish with egg and veggies, (comes out in a awesome searing skillet) is very good. Wish the beer was colder but all in all for the price, place is a pleasant spot. My buddy and I use it as a safe spot to grub if we cant think of a better spot. This place isnt mind blowing but its better than most.
Really wonderful food! I had the Devil's Ramen, fairly spicy, the beef was perfect, and the noodles tasted like they were made in-house. Also sampled the chicken teriyaki, which was spot-on. Absolutely recommend this place!
Spicy dumpling soup is my favorite. The place is remodeled and service is great. Clean bathrooms and restaurant for sure.
Food was great. Definitely going back for more.
Really good service, really good food : )
A hidden gem in Midland TX, food was delicious. Service was great. Something I can't say of a lot of places here. YOU DEFINITELY HAVE TO EAT HERE!
We have been here twice and both times the food and service have been outstanding. Highly recommend.
Nice food very kind staff, and food transparency via u see the food being made fresh.
The chicken fried and their strawberry tea Boba was soooo delicious
Fantastic food, great atmosphere, our waitress was very helpful
Fantastic food! The wait staff were very froas well
The food here is amazing! I love that they have vegan options. I wish the service would have been a little better but the vegan/vegetarian options will definitely make up for the poor service.
Great food, large portions, great ambiance, great service.
Delicious food!!
We love this place. Staff is friendly, the noodles are delicious, and the atmosphere is nice and chill. They're consistent with food quality and usually dont have to wait too long for our order. Always clean, and always great customer service.
Such a nice place and food is always on point
The Raman was wonderful with great flavor. It was very nice and quiet. The servers were very attentive.
Yummy
Food is great!! Servers are very nice! Never had a bad experience here! Always leave here full and happy!
Update: Very consistent. They've added beef ramen in beef broth to the menu. It's now their richest broth, the beef is flavorful and tender, though I'd say chashu pork is still the more decadent meat option-- you can mix and match!
----
If you want the richest broth get the Black Tonkatsu-- it started out tasty and fairly full-flavored before picking up the flavors of the added ingredients until very rich and in perfect balance, not overly salty. You WILL want to drink it at the end vs some places where it's either loaded with salt up front or you're tempted to add soy sauce for flavor making it too salty to drink later. This Ramen needed no tweaking. Owner Lilly says the broths are made in-house, taking 10 hours to develop their flavors, and it shows.
The egg was marinated in something delicious and cooked perfectly so the yolk is still gelatinous and translucent with corresponding flavor.
The Chashu Pork itself had great flavor and texture, with silky, mellow edge fat.
I don't know the Japanese word for "al dente" but the noodles were precisely that and softened a bit as they soaked. I read this is as it should be, and regardless it suits my preference.
The BBQ Pork Bun was steamed into a delicately elastic blanket holding deliciously sauced, tender pork with cool cucumber and dark, crisp spring mix to counter.
Even the Mochi Ice Cream (I had green tea and mango) was of noticably high quality. The mochi dough was soft and stretchy and fresh in taste-- clearly well kept --and the ice cream inside had an intense and genuine character of its respective flavor. The green tea ice cream was dark and clearly a matcha-based product with all the herbal depth and a hint of tea tannins. The mango ice cream tasted like... mangos, but fresh, ripe mangos. If you've never had mochi ice cream this is the place to get it.
The Sake selection is of moderate size but notable for the breadth of tastes served among the unflavored varieties. Ask for guidance to ensure you end up with something sweet, dry, or in-between enough for your preference. Unlike management at most places outside of high-end restaurants in large metros, Lilly knows her sakes. I can recommend the Hizo Otokoyama Junmai Ginjyo if you want a classic, filtered, cold sake that's rich yet dry. It reminds me of some good daiginjos I've had, if a bit less complex. For unfiltered (nigori) sake, the Sasagasumi by Shirayuki is a mildly sweet take on the style with only 8-9% alcohol and a texture on the silkier side. It would pair well with one of the Teriyaki Pepper Rice dishes, complementing but not overpowering the sweetness of the sauce, or providing a relatively dry foil to a dessert while offering a luxurious texture and more responsible alcohol content after a beer earlier in the meal. Both sakes have impressively clean finishes.
Decor is attractive and modern but inviting, painted in relaxing hues and warm textures with colorful accent lighting. The expansive bar top consisting of pennies encased in clear resin provides a fun visual. Ambient music is a diverse mix, audible but unobtrusive. The kitchen is open, a conscious choice intended to exude energy and inspire confidence in the food, but, importantly, the ventilation was fully sufficient for a comfortable experience.
Sapporo Ramen & Grill's quality and focus stands out in this area, partly because such a model can be challenging to maintain in an oilfield economy. Lilly made it clear she appreciates constructive feedback from guests, so if your experience isn't as stellar as mine I'd encourage you to catch her ear. Show this place some love 'cause we need it and others like it here in the Petroplex.
The food is definitely an acquired taste, it just tastes so different than the usual stuff I eat but its not like its bad. The staff was extremely patient and friendly even though we were so rowdy. Loved the boba though.
Live the double boba cups.

Food was really good. Reminded my of my old spot out in downtown L.A.
Very good and fair priced! Big portions of ramen
Delicious ramen, friendly and helpful staff, great service and fun and relaxing atmosphere! What's not to love. Will definitely be going back.
This place is outstanding! The food was scrumptious, the service was fantastic, and the environment was phenomenal. Everyone should check out this Ramen grill. If youre traveling through, this is the place to grab lunch! I highly recommend the barbecue pork buns.
The service was great. They answered all my questions and allowed me to modify the soup if I didn't want seaweed, etc. The broth for the grilled chicken bowl was seasoned perfectly. Ordered the fried gyoza and it was bomb also. The ambiance is very fancy and the price was reasonable for being ramen. There is also a full bar. Love this place and definitely recommend!
Excellent service and the food was excellent
Our waitress was so nice and didn't make me feel bad for not pronouncing the names badly . The ramen was top notch too
Good service, nice bar and dining room decor. And the food is tasty.
Thought we were back in Japan, not even kidding! This place is amazing no matter where the location but to find this in Midland is dream come true. Thank you Sapporo we LOVE coming for our date night ramen and sake and we love how sweet and enthusiastic your staff is. We enjoy sitting at the bar and the people who work up there are absolutely wonderful and they keep the sake coming and make the experiment SO fun. If you havent been here yet I say go ASAP youll love it!
Absolutely delicious food, incredible hospitality, and great cleanliness. I will definitely be getting food here again!
Just really great food
The restaurant is always clean, the staff is friendly, and the food rocks! I take all my friends here on lunch, and they always leave happy and full.
Very nice service and good flavor in the ramen.
It's good, I normally go for the spicy chicken ramen. Wish the noodles were actually ramen noodles instead of spaghetti noodles. Instead of soft boiled egg it would taste better with a seasoned egg and make the dish a little bit spicer.
Really good food
Great food and really good service.
I would say this is the best Asian restaurant in town, and probably one of the best overall restaurants in Midland. Thai House used to be the only place to get halfway decent Asian food here, but I'm happy to say Sapporo has them beat on both their offerings, and being open for reasonable hours.
Excellent food, and good service.
*Dine-in is open, ppl well-spaced, & they're careful about hygiene. Their website's order system for pickup is great too!
*One consequence they mentioned is that if they run out of a broth on occasion, pre-packaged/expedient broth will not be substituted-- so if it's late and you'll consider Teriyaki Pepper Rice or appetizers an unacceptable alternative, call ahead for a broth-status check!
The mango ice cream tasted like... well... mangos, but fresh, ripe mangos.
Excellent
Amazingly affordable food, tastes lovely and nice staff.
Delicious! If you're in the mood for some ramen and/or drinks Sapporo's got it. Friendly staff, great value, atmosphere, and the inside is very nice looking/clean.
Great food, excellent service, and super clean. My family loves this place!
Great ramen, nice atmosphere. I just wish the kids meals were a lower price, since my 3 year old barely eats.
Best in town
Great food and amazing service!!! Definitely our new favorite!!!
I've been in town for a couple of weeks and I keep coming back to this place. They're super friendly and do a great job of taking care of you. I'm no Japanese food expert but I know what tastes good and what doesn't. Everything I've had here has been fantastic. I think I've tried a little bit of everything on the menu and I haven't been disappointed once! Give this place a shot!
Good food great service
Absolutely wonderful food, attentive staff, and overall relaxing place for lunch or dinner. It is definitely one of my favorite spots in Midland. Their tonkatsu ramen it's probably my favorite thing on the menu, and as for appetizers you cannot go wrong with the calamari.
Great service, great food! So fresh!
Excellent food, nice attentive servers, and a fair price for the food quantity.
Had the sea weed salad must say pretty good would recommend trying it out no wait time and the service was on point
Good food and fast friendly service.
A favorite spot for delicious japanese food. i can say this place does it for me. the staff was very friendly and kind. food is similar to a cafe in indianapolis i liked.
Great food excellent service and environment
Very delicious different from anything I've ever tasted
I love love love this place!!!
Best ramen for the next 200 miles.
The menu here was fairly large which was nice. Service was fast and efficient. I really enjoyed the ramen, it was actually way more than I could eat. Was probably full from the delicious gyozas and sake. We will certainly be back soon. Cold weather is always great ramen weather.

Awesome ramen. Highly recommended. Spice miso ramen, pork dumplings, micho ice cream.. all delicious. Will definitely be making this a regular eating out destination.
I love this place so, so, so, so much...
Excellent ramen and superb service. Has become a favorite!
Great everything
Service is excellent, super large portions, and the food is delicious. I was really impressed with the childrens menu specifically. We ordered the Karage Ramen and when my childs plate arrived I couldnt believe that the meal came with a mini ramen bowl, the Karage (fried chicken) on the side, and oranges- with a Japanese soda for one price.
The price for the amount of food given is better than any ramen restaurant Ive been to. We really enjoyed our meal- we will be coming back.
Ramen was superb and loved the service.
Dumplings are amazing. Everything was fresh and very good, we will be back.
Friendly and fast service, environment is esthetically pleasing, food was to notch. 5 stars all the way, great place for businesses, out of town guests, or family.
Very nice staff. Superb menu selections. Reasonable prices.
I went in (1st time) staff greeted me and welcomed me and helped me make my order. While I waited the waitress brought me a dumpling which she explained will be added to the menu soon, and how to eat it. I must say they will have no problem cause it was delicious. Thank yall
Excellent service
This place is big, clean, smells good. The staffs are friendly. Me and my husband tried the takoyaki as our appetizer. Then we order Devil ramen for me, spicy tonkatsu ramen for my husband. The portions were so big and it was so good. Definitely recommended!! Would like to come back to try another food, they have some kind of like shrimp fried rice, pad thai, fried noodles too. Love this place

i love going here with my friends, the food is always tasty and fresh, and all the staff are super nice! one of my favorite places to eat at
Great food. Good service. Clean.
Place is clean, staff is friendly, and it's the best place in Midland for ramen.
First time here... Walked into a full restaurant but greeted and seated immediately. Very friendly and attentive staff. Ordered the Teriyaki Chicken and was extremely satisfied. Good serving size, fresh veggies & juicy tender chicken breast. Entree comes on a hot plate & waitress adds the Teriyaki sauce at the table for you. I'm a slow eater & my food stayed hot the entire time. Really enjoyed every bite.
Will definitely be going back soon!
Tonkatsu Ramen was not 100% traditional, but still one of the best I've had. Not greasy but packed with flavor. Takoyaki were spot on perfection, strongly recommend this app. Karage were also a hit. Highly recommend this place.
